Ashley Ramsay is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and community builder, renowned for her passion for advancing women's equity in business and entrepreneurship. With a wealth of experience, Ashley has founded, built, and led four companies since the age of 25 and has a parallel track record as a Director on government Crown and not-for-profit boards. She notably spearheaded the growth of Yeti Farm Creative, one of Canada’s premier animation studios, achieving revenues exceeding $20 million before a successful exit and producing content for major platforms like Amazon, Netflix, and Sony.
Ashley's outstanding contributions have garnered prestigious accolades, including the Profit 100 Rising Stars, Okanagan's Top 40 under 40, and the Business Examiner Business of the Year award. She is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs across Canada and actively invests in initiatives like the Okanagan Women’s Mentoring and Angel Network. Ashley’s commitment to excellence and fostering the growth of women in the entrepreneurial landscape is reflected in her advisory roles and her dedication to making a difference in the economy for all Canadians.

Karen Olsson is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of proven success in delivering shareholder value and driving revenue growth across diverse sectors. She has a strong strategic focus on team development, operational management, revenue generation, and investment, demonstrated through leadership roles in both early-stage startups and established organizations. Previously, Karen served as the COO and General Manager at Two Hat Security Research, scaling the team from 10 to 80 employees and spearheading operations and growth that led to a successful acquisition by Microsoft.
In 2016, Karen transitioned towards blockchain and emerging technologies, becoming CEO at Atomic47 Labs, where she achieved significant milestones including the development of blockchain recruitment tools and overseeing a multi-jurisdictional stablecoin system. Beyond her corporate roles, Karen has made impactful contributions to the tech community, running a global nonprofit to engage more women in technology and establishing a thriving technology recruitment practice.
